Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Engee we strive to meet the needs of all customers! To ensure customer satisfaction we offer customers the ability to try on our suits. If it does not meet your expectations, please review the information below and start the return/exchange process! 

Returns

  • Engee accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase.
  • For a product to be accepted the product must be 100% intact and returned in its original packaging. This means it must have hang tags attached and hygiene stickers. Returns and exchanges of products that have been worn beyond try on are not accepted.
  • The return or exchange will be approved when the product has been sent back and is inspected.
  • Once accepted, the return amount will be sent back or the exchange will be processed, packaged within 48 hours of receiving, and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • All sale items are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • There is no restocking fee 
  • To start a return, log in with email to the customer support. View order and submit a “Return Request”

Exchanges

  • If a customer wishes to exchange a product for another size, they are entitled to one free exchange.
